Report an issue from inside IELTSly

Create, track, and reply to private support tickets without leaving IELTSly. Guided forms, screenshot attachments, and optional error context help the support team understand a problem faster.

You can now report a technical problem and follow the response from one private support area inside your IELTSly dashboard.

Send the details that help

The ticket form guides you through the product area, impact, description, steps to reproduce, expected result, and what actually happened. You can attach up to five JPEG, PNG, or WebP screenshots, with a maximum size of 5 MB each. Images are re-encoded before upload to remove embedded metadata.

Adding concrete steps and a screenshot is often the quickest way to help the support team reproduce an issue. You can review everything before creating the ticket.

Follow the conversation

Every ticket stays available under **Support tickets** in the dashboard. Open it to read staff replies, add your own response or more screenshots, and follow its status—from open or in progress to waiting for you, resolved, or closed. Active and completed tickets are kept in separate views so it is easy to see what still needs attention.

Start a report when something goes wrong

For certain recoverable errors in practice, grading, study plans, or payments, IELTSly may show a **Report this problem** prompt. Opening it carries safe technical context and a reference into the form. The report is never sent automatically: you can inspect, edit, or dismiss it first.

This context helps support identify the affected feature and failure without relying on you to remember technical details. Add what you were doing immediately before the error for the clearest report.
